A WORLD OF HOSPITALITY

UNHCR asked us to develop lead generation campaigns that highlight the organization’s commitment and the value of solidarity in protecting refugees and displaced people. The goal is to create an initiative that combines creativity and immediacy, generating empathy and engaging the audience in a direct connection between their actions and UNHCR’s work.

CREATIVITY AND STRATEGY

We started with a fundamental value of UNHCR, such as hospitality, to create an e-book containing the traditional forms of hospitality from some countries where the organization is present. For the campaign, we created a series of targeted ads to promote the digital gift, featuring a call-to-action integrated into the narrative, guiding users towards downloading the gift and offering an immediate yet meaningful experience. This tool not only strengthens the bond between UNHCR and the public but also becomes a lasting means to raise awareness and build loyalty among those who choose to participate in the campaign.
