Intersos tasked us with developing the mailing di Natale2023, aimed at their database. The goal is to encourage a one-off donation during the holiday season and increase its average value.
CREATIVITY AND STRATEGY
We created a mailing based on a clear insight: those living in difficult or emergency situations have real needs. Giving shape to these needs helps donors visualize what’s missing and make their help tangible. The illustration fills the gaps, redesigning a possible life only thanks to the supporters’ intervention. It’s a simple way for those watching from afar to empathize, relate, and imagine a solution to the problem.
